The Opportunity
We are now recruiting to fill a Full-time, permanent GP Sales role in the Western Suburbs, Melbourne.
Reporting to the Sales Manager - Aus Sth, you will be responsible for calling on GP Clinics, Optometrist Clinics and a select number of Dental Clinics in Western Melbourne area as well as a small rural area to service at regular intervals.
On offer is a highly competitive base salary + Fully Maintained Company Car + Super + Bonuses + Tools of the trade.

Role Requirements
The IDEAL candidate will be an experienced GP Sales Rep with a minimum of 1-2yrs in a similar role, however we also want to hear from high performing Pharmacy Reps, and stand out rookies that have relevant health, nursing, pharmaceutical or science degrees and the transferrable sales skills needed for this role.
We are seeking ambitious, self-motivated, and hungry sales reps who want to work for a smaller company with a real family feel. You will work closely with your pharmacy and hospital colleagues and have a natural drive and a "can-do attitude". You will be fully supported by your manager and team members to hit sales targets whilst working in high-performing, collaborative team culture.
What AFT is looking for
* Tertiary qualifications (preferably in Pharmacy/Science/Business)
* Minimum 1-2yrs Pharmaceutical Sales experience preferred but not essential
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a clear communicator
* Work well independently and as part of a team
* Highly Self-Motivated and Results Driven
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Resilience and perseverance
Essential Requirements
* Full drivers licence
* Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder)

* Exceed sales KPIs via unit and market share growth
* Detailing our broad portfolio to GP customers (inc. Eyecare)
* Develop relationships with healthcare professionals
* Develop and maintain a high level of selling skills and clinical knowledge for effective HCP interactions
* Achieve required sales call activity in line with territory plan
* Pro-actively book appointments and lunch meetings with target HCPs
* Be a team player and collaborate with colleagues
