We are seeking a skilled Care Assistant to join our team and provide support to individuals with daily living tasks, ensuring their well-being and empowerment.
About the Role:
* Provide assistance with daily living activities
* Offer behavioral support to ensure positive outcomes
* Ensure services are culturally appropriate and respectful
Candidates must hold a Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification. A current First Aid Certificate and an unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence are also required. This is a 24/7 roster position including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays that aims to empower people with disabilities.
