About The Role

Reporting to the Video Production Manager, the Video Producer will play a key role in St Kilda Football Club's visual storytelling, producing engaging video and photography content that performs strongly across the club's platforms including website, app and social media. You will support the video and photography production process from concept through to final delivery, ensuring content creation that aligns with internal and external briefs and resonates with the club's supporter base.


Responsibilities

* Produce high-quality video and photography content that drives strong engagement.
* Support the full production process: conceptualising, planning, shooting, editing and delivering.
* Ensure content meets briefs, deadlines and commercial objectives.
* Research and integrate new techniques and trends to keep content fresh and innovative.
* Collaborate with channels and design teams to ensure tone, optimisation and brand integration.
* Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.


Qualifications and Experience

* A creative thinker with a strong vision for producing innovative and engaging content.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
* Passionate about the AFL landscape and content trends.
* Motivated by continuous improvement and high-quality output.
* Organised and able to work under tight deadlines.
* High attention to detail.


What You Need

* Tertiary qualification in Film, Media Production or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 2+ years' experience filming and shooting in studio and outdoor settings.
* Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video and photography work.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Lightroom, Photoshop).
* Understanding of camera, lighting and audio equipment.
* Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends.
* Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
