Appointment Setter Role
Metricon Homes is seeking a highly skilled communicator to join our property investment team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building rapport with prospects, conducting high-volume outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and managing the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting high-volume outbound calls to warm leads
* Qualifying leads and booking appointments with Property Investment Advisors
* Tracking, managing, and following up on leads, including reschedules and cancellations
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills with clear and professional phone etiquette
* A general understanding of property investment principles
* Ability to attentively listen to understand the needs of the lead and qualify accordingly
* Working knowledge of the building and construction process
* Collaborative team player with finance knowledge
