Care support worker

ADS Care has opportunities for Care Support Workers to work around The Hills and we can offer regular on-going work with flexible schedule. Existing driver's licenses and access to a car is required.

You will be required to offer a range of social support, domestic care and personal care.

We are looking for experienced and qualified workers with compassion and a desire to offer best practice support.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

- Experience working with people with challenging behaviours and/or high needs.
- Understanding and experience of working with people with a disability and the elderly
- Functional level of English literacy and competency in documentation.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.50 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
