About Us
Greenbank Services Club is a leading entertainment venue in SEQ, featuring a 300‑machine gaming floor, Gardens Café, Eats On Anzac restaurant, multiple function rooms & bars and a fully supervised Kids Club Room. Partners with 5‑star customer service, our members and guests receive a customised experience upon each visit.
About The Role
As a member of our gaming team, you will work on a 300‑machine floor with cashier, Keno and a gaming bar, helping to create memorable experiences for everyone.
Responsibilities
* Prompt, friendly, customer‑focused advice and assistance to members and guests regarding machines or loyalty systems
* Effective communication and food/drink order handling
* Efficient handling of all cash and gaming transactions, ensuring cash security and member information privacy
* Beverage service to members and guests
* Promotion of club events and timely delivery of information to patrons
* Cleaning and maintaining a tidy work area
* Cashier duties, including Keno services and cash payouts
About You
You have previous hospitality or customer‑related experience and passion for excellent service. You build long‑term relationships with customers and demonstrate impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills. You work well independently and in a team.
Essential Skills & Competencies
* Experience or knowledge of Electronic Gaming Machines
* Knowledge of RSG legislative requirements
* Proven ability to handle a diverse demographic
* Strong communication and customer‑relations skills
* Effective time management and organisational skills
* Immaculate personal presentation and service style
Requirements and Qualifications
* Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role
* Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (can acquire after employment)
* Responsible Service of Gaming certificate (can acquire after employment)
* Compliance with the current vaccine mandate as directed by Queensland Health
* Working rights in Australia
