This executive position is responsible for overseeing the safe and secure management of prisoners, ensuring compliance with legislation, and leading offender rehabilitation strategies at the centre.
The successful candidate will demonstrate high-level leadership, operational management, and strategic planning capabilities.
They will be responsible for maintaining security systems, emergency response coordination, workforce planning, and stakeholder engagement, as well as contributing to integrated offender management and supporting the transition of offenders into the community.
