About You
You'll take on project-broad responsibilities and wider scopes of challenging work in a 'direct' work environment and a bureaucracy-free zone.
You'll be involved with the design, technical support and project delivery whilst leading and mentoring your team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you'll get involved with:
Leading & mentoring junior team membersMaintaining existing & building new client relationshipsModelling, design & documentation of roads, subdivisions, drainage, hydraulics & earthworksTechnical input to ensure designs meet project needsTimely and budget-conscious project deliveryKey Skills & Attributes
To excel in this role, you will ideally have:
A Civil Engineering degree (recognised by Engineers Aust.
)10-20 years of engineering experienceFamiliarity with Austroads/NZ standards & Australian regulationsExp.
in geometric design and modeling, e.g.
12D or similarStrong in design of roads, subdivisions, drainage & earthworksExcellent communication skills & ability to build relationshipsProactive approach to mentoring and team managementWhat's on Offer
