At St Paul's Early Learning Centre, we're building a team of professionals who believe in the power of early education in a nurturing, faith-based environment — and we'd love for you to be part of it.We provide high-quality long day care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, alongside a vibrant Queensland Kindergarten program, within a beautiful natural setting.
Our centre operates Monday to Friday, 6:30 am – 6:00 pm, offering families and educators a supportive and flexible environment.Your ResponsibilitiesEngage and supervise children in a range of enriching indoor and outdoor activities that spark curiosity and joy.Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where children feel valued and confident to explore.Deliver learning programmes aligned with the National Quality Framework, tailored to each child's age, interests, and developmental needs.Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.Collaborate with your team to create meaningful learning experiences and uphold high standards of care.Help maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming learning space.What We're Looking ForA Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or currently studying).
Experience in an early learning setting (preferred).
Sound understanding of the National Quality Standards and National Framework.A current Blue Card, and certifications in First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis.Completed Child Protection Training (as per Section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.A warm, respectful approach to building positive relationships with children, families, and your team.A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, growth, and wellbeing.A willingness to support and uphold the Christian ethos of our service.Food handling experience (desirable, but not essential).
