I'm currently seeking a Facility Manager / General Manager, with Clinical experience, for an Aged Care Facility in Southern NSW.
**Role requirements;**
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Management position within Aged Care
- Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation process
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- High level leadership capabilities
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to effectively discuss and oversee budgets
**Key Responsibilities**
This includes but is not limited to:
- An active role in all aspects of the delivery of care to residents;
- Responsibility for the supervision and administration of medications to residents and accurate documentation associated with this process;
- Participation in and supervision of all documentation and management of regular handover details and reporting to on-coming staff;
- Delivery of services and staffing within budget;
- Managing continuous improvement plans and activities;
- Management of operating rosters and any care or domestic staffing shortfalls;
- People management;
- Ensuring the facility is managed according to and meeting ACQSC Quality Standards and legislative requirements.
