As an Aquatic Attendant, you’ll be part of the team operating our thrilling aquatic amusement devices, helping guests have an unforgettable day while keeping safety and efficiency top of mind. Key Responsibilities
- Operate aquatic amusement devices safely and efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on guest enjoyment
- Create amazing guest experiences through friendly, professional, and engaging interactions
- Ensure all guests meet ride safety and height requirements before participation
- Follow all park policies and safety procedures to keep guests and team members safe
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment faults promptly
- Confidently perform verbal instructions or attraction scripts to enhance the guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or over (due to manufacturer requirements)
- A passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong focus on safety, teamwork, and attention to detail
- Confidence in following operational procedures and delivering clear, friendly communication
- Availability across weekends, school holidays, and public holidays
- Blue Card is essential* (the cost of a Blue Card is currently $104.70, however VRTP will reimburse employees who successfully complete three months of service)
