Southport State High School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise staff undertaking human resources processes including workforce planning, workplace reform, recruitment and selection, and staff leave management to ensure proper process and appropriate record keeping.
* Review and implement changes to our human resources service to ensure compliance with departmental policies, directives, and legislation.
* Analyse school human resource data and provide reports on human resource services including leave management, workforce planning, professional development, performance management, and strategic planning.
Requirements
We are looking for an individual who has relevant experience in human resources management, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of human resources practices and procedures.
