* Day time hours only; Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm!
* Additional Sunday shifts available with penalty rate!

The Position
* Thorough cleaning of the kitchen, including dishes and floors
* Food preparation assistance
* Ensuring to follow all health and safety procedures when carrying out all tasks
* Operating a commercial dishwasher to a high standard
* Stock rotation and stock control, putting deliveries away
* Assist with general kitchen duties under the direction of the Chef
The Person
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced catering environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety
* Team-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to take direction
* Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
* Basic knife skills and willingness to learn kitchen processes (training provided)
