**Assistant Department Manager - Inventory**:
**The Assistant Department Manager role exists to:
- **Support the Inventory Manager in the CFC operational performance across Inventory Management activities in the Ambient department (General Merchandise, Grocery and Cigarettes)**
- **Support the Inventory Manager to supervise the Inventory and Replenishment teams to ensure stock is available when required to support picking of Online Orders**
- **Supervise the department in the absence of the Inventory Manager
**This role will report into the Inventory Manager.

**As the Assistant Department Manager - Inventory, your key responsibilities will be to:
- **Spend time with the Inventory team to motivate, supervise, and guide the team to deliver results and drive best practice in the CFC**
- **Support the Inventory Manager to supervise the team to ensure good PI levels are maintained, overstocks are controlled, management of promotional screens, and fulfillment of Business to Business orders**
- **Review OOS reports daily to determine how we can improve availability to the customer**
- **Collaborate with our Online Commercial and Online Replenishment teams to improve customer satisfaction, through range changes and managing stock levels**
- **Support the Inventory Manager to identify and develop talent in the CFC to build a talent pipeline for our Woolworths Group**
- **Engage with other CFC teams to share best practice

**When you will be needed**:
**This is a part-time position requiring flexible availability to work as per business needs, including overnight and weekend shifts.
