Are you an experienced property professional looking for a flexible and rewarding role? We are seeking a Part-Time Assistant Property Manager to work closely with our Licensee by assisting with the end-to-end management of the rental portfolio.
This hybrid position offers the perfect balance of remote work and in-person collaboration, making it ideal for someone who values both independence and teamwork.
About the Role:
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely alongside the Director/Licensee, gaining valuable hands-on experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our property management portfolio.
Your role will involve liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors to ensure a smooth and efficient property management experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assisting with routine inspections, viewings and final bond inspection
· Maintenance coordination
· Managing tenant and landlord communications
· Preparing tenancy agreements and documentation
· Ensuring compliance with industry regulations
· Supporting the Director/Licensee with all aspects of managing the rental portfolio
Qualifications & Key Attributes:
· 12+ months of experience in property management preferred
· Current Property Management Registration, or working towards
· Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
· Strong communication and organisational skills
· Punctual and well-presented
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· A passion for property management and driven to excel
