Asset Management Professional
This role is centered around integrating the organization with NSW Health's Asset Management Framework, to ensure effective alignment and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of asset management services, including implementation and review of Asset Management Plans (SAMP & AMP)
* Effective budget management and collaboration with the asset management team to develop and maintain asset management systems
* Integration of state-wide projects and provision of strategic guidance to meet FWLHD's asset management objectives
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of asset management principles and practices, along with proficiency in ICT management systems related to asset management.
Requirements:
* Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in a relevant Building, Engineering, or Trade discipline, or similar attained through extensive experience
* Minimum 3 years of successful experience in middle-upper level management, preferably in a multi-disciplinary environment
* Proficiency in ICT management systems related to asset management, including AFM Online
