We’re looking for an experienced and versatile hospitality professional to join our front-of-house team. You’ll be the face of the venue — energetic, guest-focused, and confident across all aspects of service.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position for someone who can seamlessly move between roles — whether it’s greeting guests, running food and drinks, or managing service flow during peak periods. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, initiative, and professionalism matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with our standards
- Greet, seat, and engage guests with genuine hospitality
- Take and process orders accurately using POS systems
- Run food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation
- Assist with event setups, private functions, and service resets
- Support team members across bar and floor as required
- Maintain cleanliness and efficiency throughout service
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality or restaurant service
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Able to adapt to different roles and service styles
- Well-presented and confident under pressure
- RSA certification (required)
- Availability for nights and weekends
