The Role
We are seeking a Senior Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. This is a remote self‑directed contract role ideal for an experienced marketer who wants flexibility while managing their own schedule.
Responsibilities
* Develop, implement and optimize social media campaigns that drive engagement, leads and conversions.
* Place ads on social media platforms, job boards and other media (full training provided).
* Collaborate with our team to create compelling content aligned with our brand voice.
* Interview potential clients as part of the lead qualification process.
* Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine campaigns to improve results.
* Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates.
Qualifications
* Resident of USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.
* 5 years of proven social media marketing experience.
* Strong knowledge of content strategy, paid social campaigns and analytics.
* Excellent communication skills and creative problem‑solving ability.
* Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable managing a remote workflow.
* Keen interest in the personal development or online coaching field is a plus.
