Community Asset Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Community Asset Coordinator to join our maintenance division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting in preparing tenders for landscape and grounds maintenance projects.
* Review specifications, service scopes, and tender documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Support bid documentation, compliance checks, and submission preparation to meet deadlines and expectations.
* Maintain bid registers, databases, and contract records to facilitate efficient project management.
* Collaborate with the bid team to ensure accurate documentation and resource planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience or exposure to contract administration in landscaping or facilities maintenance is required.
* Proficient in Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
