Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), a leading financial institution, seeks an accomplished IT Infrastructure Analyst to spearhead its technology infrastructure.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and maintain IT systems that drive business growth.
* Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement effective remedies.
* Work closely with regional teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and efficient delivery of projects.
* Develop and document technical guidelines, ensuring consistency across the organization.
* Provide expert support to service desk teams and proactively address security vulnerabilities.
Key Requirements:
Experience working in an IT systems administration capacity, preferably within a banking or financial services environment.
Strong background in Windows Server, Active Directory, and network device maintenance.
Knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environments, System Change Management processes, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity Planning practices is highly desirable.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, along with Microsoft and/or Cisco certifications, are advantageous.
