Responsibilities
* Perform screening mammography and diagnostic assessment imaging of screen‐detected abnormalities at BreastScreen Tasmania site locations.
* Maintain and operate modern mammography equipment and techniques.
* Adhere to safety and quality standards for all imaging procedures.
Qualifications
* Possession of, or willingness to obtain, the Certificate of Clinical Proficiency in Mammography (CCPM).
* Experience and demonstrated competence in complex imaging procedures in a population‐health setting.
* Knowledge and skills in modern mammography equipment and techniques.
* Tertiary qualification or program of study approved by the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia.
* Registered with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia.
* Licensed to practice under the Tasmanian Radiation Protection Act 2005 and the Radiation Protection Regulations 2016.
* Current driver's licence (desirable).
Salary and Allowances
Allied Health Professional Level 3: $110,425 to $119,290 per annum, with a 12% superannuation contribution.
* Professional Development Allowance: up to $1,000 per annum.
* Market allowance: $10,000 per annum pro rata.
* Access to salary package benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 and meal entertainment up to $2,650 per FBT year.
* Salary beyond $119,290 is subject to qualifications and the personal upgrade scheme.

Eligibility
* Meeting all essential criteria listed in the Qualifications section.
* Appointed positions are multiple, permanent, full‐time or part‐time, up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
* Hours are negotiated with the successful applicant.
