Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our community care services.
You will be responsible for coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood, providing exceptional support and service to internal and external customers, managing requests and inquiries, and efficiently organizing appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting preparations.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate scheduling and rostering for neighbourhood teams
* Provide high-quality support and service to customers via phone, email, and in-person
* Manage requests, concerns, and inquiries from various stakeholders
* Efficiently organize appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting preparations
* Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource, and other systems
* Utilize mainstream software including Microsoft Office Suite and database applications
Requirements
* Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Previous experience in rostering/scheduling (highly regarded)
* Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workloads
* Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
* Confidence with smartphones and digital devices or willingness to learn
