Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic equity account manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting CFD equity products and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive business expansion by promoting and selling CFD equity products.
* Leverage strong sales skills to identify, develop, and maintain a robust client pipeline.
* Build and nurture long-term cooperative relationships with new and existing clients.
* Stay updated on trends and market dynamics in US and Hong Kong stock markets.
Client Service
* Deliver outstanding customer service via multiple channels.
* Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
* Provide timely market updates and feedback based on US and Hong Kong stock market dynamics.
* Collect and analyze client feedback on trading experiences and needs.
Performance and Goal Orientation
* Achieve or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including sales targets and client satisfaction scores.
* Expand knowledge of CFD industry trends and trading platforms.
* Stay informed about popular US and Hong Kong listed companies and industry news.
* Contribute to team and individual performance metrics.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
* Prior experience in stock trading is preferred.
* Previous work in the financial industry is highly desirable.
* Strong sales and business development skills with a proven ability to build client pipelines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and provide actionable insights.
* Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is required.
