Learning and Instructional Designer / Content Developer
Develop innovative educational content and training programs for de-escalation and managing occupational violence and aggression (OVA) across various industries. Create engaging learning materials, conduct research, and produce diverse content including blogs, social media, case studies, and research reports.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop engaging e-learning modules, videos, and simulations
2. Develop training materials for various industries
3. Write content for blogs, case studies, and marketing materials
4. Create models and frameworks for diverse audiences
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement technologies
6. Ensure content meets industry standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
1. Formal training in Instructional Design or Bachelor's degree in a related field
2. Proficiency in Articulate RISE 360/Storyline, digital design software, and learning management systems (LMS)
Essential Experience & Skills:
1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
2. Proven track record of writing engaging content across various formats
3. Experience managing projects
4. Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
