About the Opportunity
We're seeking an Operation Lead to become the backbone of a busy, successful Commercial Property team. Working side-by-side with the Lead Commercial Specialist, you'll ensure the business runs seamlessly - bringing clarity, momentum and professionalism to every moving part.
This is a pivotal, hands-on role blending operations, executive support, client service and sales coordination - perfect for someone who enjoys ownership, variety and making a visible impact.
What You'll Be Doing
Operational & Business Management
* Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure structure, efficiency and consistency
* Prepare high-quality reports, proposals, submissions and client documentation
* Maintain momentum, priorities and workflow across the business
* Manage Form 6s, contracts and compliance documentation
* Review internal processes and implement improvements to enhance speed and accuracy
* Oversee workflows across listings, leasing, contract administration and compliance
Client & Stakeholder Management
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, stakeholders and external partners
* Attend onboarding meetings, photoshoots and inspections to support campaign setup
* Deliver a premium seller and buyer experience from initial engagement through to settlement
Sales & Marketing Coordination
* Prepare polished submissions, proposals and marketing collateral
* Coordinate marketing campaigns and monitor performance
* Maintain CRM systems, pipelines and lead tracking with precision and insight
Business Development Support
* Identify opportunities and insights to support growth and momentum
* Recognise touchpoints to strengthen relationships and re-engage past clients
* Support mapping of commercial opportunities and broader business strategy
About You

* Experience in commercial or residential real estate (operations, sales support, EA or client services)

* Experience with contracts, Form 6s or compliance (or the ability to pick this up quickly)
* Strong organisation, prioritisation and a solutions-focused mindset
