With a reputation for exceptional quality, tight programming, and character home craftsmanship, our client is now entering their next phase of growth.
We're looking for a skilled Construction Manager to support the General Manager with full responsibility and accountability for on-site delivery from commencement through to completion and handover.
You will typically manage 6–10 concurrent high-end residential renovation, extension and alteration projects, valued between $500K–$1.5M+, working closely with a trusted trade base and a tight-knit team who believe in doing great work without sacrificing family, lifestyle, or quality.
You'll be rewarded with:
An extremely attractive salary package including company vehicle and laptop.
Full autonomy and input into business systems and project delivery strategy.
A business that delivers on promises including genuine work/life balance.
A collaborative small business and professional culture that treats each other like family.
A pipeline of premium projects across Adelaide's eastern and inner suburbs.

Hold a current SA Residential Supervisor's Licence (Class 1 dwellings, up to two storeys).
Have in-depth understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards, with excellent practical application abilities.

Be confident in using SiteBook (or similar) for worksite safety and project management.
Demonstrate outstanding communication and relationship skills to manage clients, trades, consultants and site teams.
Have a hands-on, practical attitude with the ability to successfully read plans, mark out sites, inspect builds and manage delivery with confidence.
Have high attention to detail for administrative and office based tasks as well as on-site construction tasks.
Be a team player.
