The Department of Accounting at a prestigious business school is seeking applications for an Assistant Professorship in Accounting. The core research areas of the department are financial and sustainability accounting, management accounting and control, auditing, and corporate governance, applicable to both private and public sectors.
Responsibilities
* Teaching and examination in existing programs including executive education, focusing on Financial Accounting, Sustainability Accounting, Management Accounting, and Auditing.
* Conducting high-standard individual and group-based research in accounting, meeting international standards.
* Promoting the academic reputation of the institution.
* Developing and coordinating research projects, securing funding, and collaborating with colleagues.
* Fostering teaching and research capabilities within the institution.
* Contributing to administrative tasks and CBS-wide initiatives.
* Communicating research findings to the public and stakeholders.
This is a fixed-term position with research and teaching obligations, requiring regular physical presence and active participation in departmental activities.
