Responsibilities Join a highly regarded national firm's disputes team and gain hands-on experience in high-stakes, wide-ranging disputes, including matters arising under the Corporations Act, commercial and corporate contract litigation, joint venture disputes, intellectual property litigation, partnership and shareholder conflicts, defamation proceedings, consumer law claims, regulatory prosecutions and compliance matters, and trust and fiduciary disputes.
Work alongside industry-recognized partners, celebrated in Doyle's Guide, Asia Pacific Legal 500, and Best Lawyers Australia.
