Purpose of the Role:
* Deliver people-focused change activities to successfully embed strategic initiatives across Sales & Service (S&S), ensuring business value is delivered.
* Understand the impact of planned changes (e.g., processes, procedures, systems) and plan and deliver people-focused change activities as part of agreed S&S initiatives to ensure successful embedding and business value is realised.
* Oversee and enable practical change excellence in S&S. As part of the S&S Continuous Improvement team; have responsibility for the S&S Change Management strategy, framework, toolkit and skillset to enable S&S leaders and change colleagues deliver effective change. This includes overseeing change impacts on the S&S frontline.
Position Accountabilities
* Build change delivery plans for prioritised (typically larger) initiatives across S&S Value Streams.
* Deliver effective change including improved claims controls and measurable business benefits (for initiatives deployed to).
* Employ the S&S Change Management framework and toolkit to develop practical deliverables with a focus on the adoption and embedding of changes e.g. Communications plans, Impact analyses, lessons learned.
* Ensure changes embedded using practical business measures. (e.g. measure adherence to new processes and compliance activities.)
* Ensure the impact to the frontline business is fully understood at all levels across S&S and change is delivered in a format appropriate to the audience and time frame.
* Implement measurable change management and embedding control across impacted processes, systems & stakeholder groups to support data-driven decision-making.
* Ensure initiatives where a Change and Communications Analyst is not deployed (typically smaller initiatives) align with the S&S Change framework, toolkit and practices. Ensure colleagues and stakeholders understand & adhere to the correct processes & tools.
* Work collaboratively in diverse teams to help improve change capability and enable leaders to embrace change and lead change in their teams.
* Build strong relationships through engagement, consistency and building resilience for all our people across S&S
* Managing stakeholder expectations that considers business disruption, speed of adoption, anticipates resistance, business as usual workloads, and applying our business values
* Identify and report potential risks or inadequate controls related to compliance or operational risks
* Champion a culture of risk and compliance across the division
* Maintain awareness, understanding and compliance with Company policies and procedures, including the on-time completion of mandatory training.
What experience you'll bring;
* Prior experience in embedding change in Contact Centres across various geographic locations.
* Demonstrated experience in change management practices (ADKAR preferred).
* Demonstrated ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Confidence in decision-making ability.
* Analytical skills and a high level of problem-solving.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise and coordinate activities collaboratively across departments for best business outcomes e.g., workforce planning, learning & engagement, customer experience.
* Qualifications/certifications or equivalent experience in change management
* Well-developed and demonstrated understanding of the legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations to operate in the FSR environment.
