Barwon Health is seeking an Associate Midwife Unit Manager (Part-Time, 48 hours per fortnight) to assist in leadership and delivery of high-quality service within the Maternity Service. Successful candidates will support either the Birth Suite or the Postnatal/Antenatal Ward.
The role includes providing clinical leadership, coordinating staffing, and delivering exceptional postnatal care, while promoting a culture of safety and quality improvement. A vibrant wellbeing program and extensive professional development opportunities are also offered.
