Job Opportunity: Healthcare Professional
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Residential Aged Care Facility in Orange.
The ideal candidate will oversee and deliver high-quality personal care and clinical services to residents, maintaining clinical standards and fostering a supportive environment for residents and staff.
* Maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and care staff.
* Provide guidance and support to care staff in infection control procedures.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective service delivery.
To be successful, you will have:
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* At least 12 months' experience working in Aged Care as a Registered Nurse.
