We are seeking individuals with a professional background in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, or Psychology/Rehabilitation Counselling interested in working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector.

Your duties will include:
* Case management, focusing on manageable caseloads and providing administrative support to consultants;
* Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes;
* Working with employers and employees to develop injury prevention and workplace education programs;
* Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals;
* Working across various schemes such as workers' compensation, compulsory third-party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs;
* Assisting those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes;
* Completing assessments using clinical skills, including initial, workplace, and vocational assessments to review diagnosis, support treatment plans, address psychosocial barriers to employment, and identify suitable employment opportunities for workers who have sustained workplace injuries or injuries sustained from motor vehicle accidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications
You'll be a driven and energetic professional with the following qualities:
* Previous experience working in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded;
* Fabulous communication skills - getting to know clients and stakeholders is essential;
* Compassion and kindness go a long way, as does empathy;
* Well-developed time management skills are a must; and,
* A current NSW Driver's License and access to a car with comprehensive insurance is required.
