This opportunity is with an Australian, family-owned healthcare business that partners with world-leading suppliers to deliver innovative patient mobility and care solutions to hospitals, aged care, and community facilities. You'll take ownership of the QLD territory, managing key accounts while building new partnerships that genuinely improve quality of life for patients, residents, and carers.
What's it all about?
* Manage and grow key accounts across major QLD hospitals (potential growth to include additional states)
* Drive new opportunities in aged care by engaging general managers, facility managers, and head office decision makers.
* Focus on patient lifting equipment, mobility products, hoists and slings – across new builds, retrofits, via tenders or other opportunities.
* Work with architects, builders, and consultants to secure and hold specifications.
* Engage, train and support hospital staff (nurse unit managers, biomeds, OH&S) to ensure successful planning, implementation and adoption.
* Use a consistent sales approach to nurture existing relationships while growing within accounts.

What we're looking for:
* Proven sales experience in healthcare, hospitals, or aged care for capital/projects.
* Strong relationship builder who can influence at multiple levels.
* Coachable, adaptable, and autonomous. Comfortable in a less-structured but fast-growing environment.
* Confident communicator with strong digital and written skills.
* Passionate about improving patient and resident outcomes through smart solutions.
