YOUR ROLE

Reporting directly to the HR Director and supporting the executive team and broader business, you will operate across a variety of areas as a Business Support Coordinator. You will bring a diverse background, having held roles where no two days are the same.

This is a hands‐on role that requires the ability to pivot between project coordination, operational administration, and office support duties.

* Manage key appointments and travel arrangements for the Executive team
* Lead key HR initiatives, such as the employee recognition program
* Schedule and coordinate quarterly and other key internal meetings, including agenda planning, meeting logistics, and catering
* Provide project and communications support to the APAC HR Director on major change initiatives, new programs, and business-wide communications
* Manage accounts administration tasks as required, including invoice processing and corporate credit card management
* Ensure office facilities, supplies, and services are maintained to an appropriate standard

ABOUT YOU

You are a self‐starter with strong initiative, capable of influencing and managing stakeholders across various functions and levels. Your curiosity drives you to seek best practices and continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness across business activities.

You have exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and driving consistency across internal activities, presentations and initiatives. You thrive in a hands‐on environment and can manage tasks efficiently with pace and ease.

* 3+ years' experience in business support, office coordination, executive assistance, or administration roles, ideally within a corporate or fast‐paced environment
* Demonstrated ability to work in an ambiguous and evolving environment
* Experience in both the full Microsoft suite and SharePoint administration
* AI tools experience is an advantage
* Proven capability in managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
* Ability to work autonomously with strong initiative
* Experience leading or coordinating cultural initiatives, change management, or communications projects
