Your new role: As a Senior Pharmacist (Cancer), you will deliver specialist clinical pharmacy services within the Cancer Care and Day Therapy Units across Logan and Beaudesert Health Service.
You will work with a high-functioning multidisciplinary team to optimise medication management, support safe cancer treatment delivery, and contribute to service development, education and quality improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will: Deliver advanced cancer pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients Act as a clinical reference point within the cancer pharmacy team Develop and review evidence-based clinical practices and protocols Contribute to service development, quality improvement and research Supervise, support and educate junior pharmacists and students Participate in a 7-day roster, extended hours and on-call services About you: You are an experienced pharmacist with strong clinical judgement, cancer expertise and the confidence to work with a high degree of professional autonomy in a complex care environment.
