We are thrilled to announce our expansion into the Gold Coast. We have recently appointed a Studio Lead who is focused on establishing our market presence and building a dynamic and innovative team to deliver award-winning projects. Our success will be fuelled by tapping into the momentum and capabilities of our Brisbane Studio.
As a Senior Landscape Architect with Arcadia you will:
Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture, showcasing strong technical, visual communication and interpersonal skillsEducational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, or a related fieldInnovation & Trends: Stay informed about emerging design trends, sustainability practices, and industry standardsTechnical Skills: Possess well-developed technical skills in design and construction techniques and programsTime Management: Ensure projects run on schedule and align with the scope and feeCommunication: Exhibit solid communication, presentation, and client-facing skills (written, oral, and listening)Software Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, SketchUp, and hand-drawingPassion for Learning and Growing: You love what you do, like to learn and stay curious!
As a Senior Landscape Architect you have, or mostly have:
Well developed technical skills in regards to design and construction techniques and programsTeam leadership skills and the ability to coach and develop othersDesign thinking and graphic storytelling skillsStrong project and time management skills, ensure projects run to schedule and budgetGood communication and presentation skills (both written and oral)Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, MS Office, SketchUp, Revit and hand drawing5+ years professional experience in landscape architectureBachelor of Landscape Architecture or accepted equivalent skill setUnrestricted working rights in Australia
