In the thriving city of Ballarat, where rapid economic growth is underway, we're looking for a talented individual to join our Sales & Leasing team based in our local office.
You can expect:
* A Monday to Friday work schedule, with no weekend commitments
* To build strong relationships with key clients and maintain a high profile in the market
* To assist in sourcing, listing, selling and leasing commercial properties across Ballarat
* To develop and maintain an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers
* To negotiate property transactions from start to finish
* To conduct site inspections and other tasks associated with listing and selling/leasing commercial properties
* To foster and nurture strong relationships with key account clients and maintain a high presence in the marketplace
* To deliver market insights and advice to clients
* To coordinate (with the Marketing department) the marketing and sale of properties, including arranging signboards, brochures, advertising, information memorandums and videos.
About You
* You have experience in a commercial or B2B sales role and are looking for new opportunities in a different industry
* You possess a natural aptitude for hunting new business opportunities
* You are an excellent communicator who can engage with diverse stakeholders
* You are willing to learn and ambitious about your career growth
* You hold a current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate, or are willing to study to become a certified agent
* You are entrepreneurial and commercially astute
