Job Description
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Advisor to provide exceptional service to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quotes, booking jobs, data entry, processing warranty claims, and other administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous administration or warranty experience
* Experience in a similar role at a truck, car, machinery or agricultural dealership
* Customer-focused, excellent communicator, team player, problem-solver, strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Intermediate computer skills
