Opportunity
With a secured pipeline of institutional and commercial projects across Sydney, we're expanding our delivery team and are looking for a driven Project Manager to play a key role in our continued growth.
The Role
Reporting to the Construction and Operations Managers, you'll be responsible for:
* End‑to‑end delivery of fit‑out, refurbishment, and new‑build projects valued up to $20M+
* Overseeing procurement, subcontractor agreements, and contract administration
* Managing project budgets, cost reports, and financial forecasting
* Leading programming, scheduling, and resourcing across site and consultant teams
* Driving compliance, HSEQ systems, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle
* Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
* Supporting and mentoring junior staff while fostering a collaborative team environment
About You
* Degree qualified in Construction Management or related discipline
* 5+ years' experience in a Project Manager role within the commercial, education, or government sectors
* Track record of delivering complex refurbishment or institutional projects in live environments
* Strong financial and contractual acumen with proficiency in project management systems
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
* A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with attention to detail
