Our client is a boutique accounting firm led by a solo practitioner, servicing small to medium enterprises across a variety of industries. Known for its supportive, low-pressure environment and client-focused approach.
The firm is currently seeking an Intermediate Tax Business Services Accountant to assist in managing a growing client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years' Australian public practice experience, be comfortable handling bookkeeping tasks and enjoy working closely with clients.
This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility, with 3-4 days in-office and 1-2 days working from home and involves a mix of bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax compliance and client-facing work. This is an opportunity for someone looking to transition out of the high-pressure demands of larger firms whilst still gaining valuable exposure to a wide range of accounting and advisory work.
