This is a key position within our school that requires excellent administrative skills, attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate records, including computerised student, staff and school records.

2. Provide routine clerical support responsibilities, including general telephone and front office enquiries, mail deliveries, assisting with stock control, supporting organisation of meetings, receiving and initial processing of standard paperwork.

3. Support or coordinate the preparation of standard routine internal and external communication according to school procedures.
">
4. Source basic data or factual information from given sources to support school administrative functions.
">
5. Coordinate the delivery of administrative services within the school.
">
6. Determine and manage work priorities within the school office.
">
7. Develop and implement strategies to ensure effective administration procedures.
">
8. Support client reception and office operations.
">
9. Liaise with school staff in regard to support requirements.
">
10. Monitor staff first aid training and OHS training calendar.
">
