About the opportunity
Play a key role where you will be the first point of contact in delivering a premium customer experience as a receptionist at our Artarmon site.
Key Responsibilities
Be the welcoming face and first point of contact for guests visiting the dealership
Manage and direct incoming calls, ensuring every enquiry is handled promptly and professionally
Assist customers with service and general enquiries, delivering exceptional customer experiences
Coordinate and schedule vehicle services and recalls using ERA and Excel systems
Provide efficient administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey
About you
Previous reception experience within a professional or corporate environment
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Ability to stay organised and thrive in a fast‐paced environment
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
A proactive, positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service
