The Opportunity
Cadets rotate through various areas across the University, including but not limited to, People and Culture, Strategy, Student Services, and Governance. They undertake a relevant undergraduate degree in fields such as Business, Business Administration, Communication & Media Studies, Computer Science, Economics & Finance, International Studies, Information Technology, Mathematics, and Finance. Other compatible areas of study may also be considered. During the final 12 months, each Cadet undertakes a specialised placement related to their degree, preparing them for employment in their chosen field.
Responsibilities vary based on the work unit and are outlined at the start of each placement.
