As a Systems Engineer, we'll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise, and experience to:
Design, implement, and maintain on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across all systems.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system, network, and application issues, providing escalation support to internal IT teams and stakeholders.
Manage and optimise core services such as Active Directory, Exchange Online, M365, virtualization platforms, backup systems, and identity/security tools.
Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and projects, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to best-practice standards.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, procedures, and configuration records, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
