The role involves analysing the insurance aspects of commercial real estate financing transactions to ensure clients' interests are appropriately protected. You will review facility agreements and advise on appropriate insurance clauses to include in loan facility agreements. Additionally, you will liaise with lenders and lawyers regarding considerations and recommendations on these provisions.
