About this Role
This is a full-time, fixed-term position until October 31st with possibility of extension. The role will be based in our office and working hours are from 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of customers by building strong relationships, identifying barriers, and devising management plans to assist them in becoming job ready.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a pipeline of customers through active community engagement and networking.
* Build strong relationships with customers to understand their placement potential and devise strategies to support them.
* Conduct customer appointments and guide customers through the process, identifying barriers and developing appropriate plans to overcome them.
* Meet performance indicators by converting sales leads into placements.
* Deliver effective communication and post-placement care to both employers and customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
* Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check.
* Prior experience in customer-facing roles, customer service, sales, admin, employment services, and community work would be an asset.
