As the Regional Manager for the Australian & New Zealand (ANZ) market, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the brand's team members in your region.
Your role is to bring Arc'teryx to life by building strong communities, delivering exceptional consumer experiences, and ensuring seamless retail operations across our owned retail stores.
You will oversee all aspects of regional performance, drive operational excellence, and lead Store Managers to deliver the brand's vision and execute top-tier service.
Your role involves driving financial performance, tracking key objectives, and developing brand awareness through consumer touchpoints, brand events, and customer service excellence.

Lead the regional team to drive profitable revenue growth across all retail channels, with a focus on Arc'teryx Brand Stores.Coach, develop, and support Store Managers to achieve annual and seasonal objectives, ensuring full-price sell-through, guest engagement, and brand elevation.Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and achievement of financial targets.Partner with Store Managers and HQ teams to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time to maximize sales and margin.Travel regularly (30-40%) to ensure stores are set up for success and to provide hands-on leadership and support.Develop a strong talent pipeline, supporting team growth and personal development opportunities.Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to identify new business opportunities, implement best practices, and drive an entrepreneurial approach to retail success.Understand and analyze regional market trends to support strategic brand expansion efforts.Skills:
Proven experience in retail operations and district management, preferably within an owned retail environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, engage, and drive collaboration among teams.Deep understanding of retail distribution, store development, and expansion strategies.Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and cultivating a strong brand community.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and influence stakeholders.Strong interpersonal skills, adept at navigating diverse teams and personalities.Analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and financial performance metrics.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.Ability to remain adaptable, flexible, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.Passion for the Arc'teryx brand and an active outdoor lifestyle.Willingness to travel and work weekends or holidays as required.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in retail management, with a strong track record of leadership and operational excellence.Previous experience managing multi-store retail operations is highly desirable.Arc'teryx Brand Store Management experience is an asset.Equal opportunity:
