About the Role
","The Team Leader Vetting Services Branch will manage a team of Vetting Analysts delivering services to clients.","Key Responsibilities:","1. Lead, develop, performance manage and mentor team staff.
2. Manage the team, ensuring it meets annual objectives in line with the Branch Business Plan and professionally delivers Vetting services to clients.
3. Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and accountability.
4. Facilitate clear and effective communication with the team via the conduct of regular team meetings to share information, discuss goals and address concerns.
5. Promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of team members.
6. Effectively and efficiently manage team resources (people and equipment).
7. Undertake Vetting and Quality Assurance activities.
8. Provide timely reporting to the Branch Manager.
9. Identify areas for process optimisation and efficiency improvements within the team and Branch.
10. Collaborate with other Team Leaders to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
11.
