What You’ll Be Doing
The Enrolled Nurse works under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide person‑centred care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality outcomes for patients.
Selection Criteria
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
* Demonstrated ability to conduct nursing practice in a manner that respects rights of individuals and groups within a multi‑disciplinary team.
* Effective clinical communication via information technology and verbal, written, interpersonal skills; ability to manage emotions and resolve conflict in a professional manner.
* Evidence of participation in professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancing skills.
* Knowledge of and ability to work within a person‑centred approach, with willingness to embrace change in care delivery.
* Demonstrated understanding of quality improvement and evidence‑based practice with recent clinical experience relevant to the position.
