Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, review, and manage contracts and subcontractor agreements
* Handle project documentation, variations, and claims
* Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
* Develop and improve processes for contract management
What We're Looking For:
* Strong experience as a Contracts Administrator in fit‐outs or new builds
* Solid understanding of construction contracts, variations, and project documentation
* Able to take ownership, work independently, and influence processes
* Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
